I spend a large percentage of my time making paintings of urban scenes which are sold through my representatives either in New York or San Francisco. But every year in the fall I open my studio in San Francisco as part of the city-wide ArtSpan event because the amount of pleasure I get from informed and insightful conversations with art-loving viewers totally outweighs the fatigue and foot pain that I feel by the end of the weekend.
And I’m about to do it again! This time, as well as showing several new pieces, I’ll be offering works on paper and small paintings for those who don’t have gallery-sized budgets. There will also be some real deals on older paintings because I need to make room in my painting storage area. Come and say hello and see what I’m up to.
